You are probably a racist. This is a famous brand of toothpaste here in China (and in Asia as I soon found out) with an English name of Darlie. The last time I saw an old timey depiction of a black man in a top hat was in those movies from the 30's and 40's where black people entertained white people in tuxedos and top hats and were basically portrayed as being these side shows for the wealthy white people of America. I mean, even with the big smile, how does an African in a tuxedo and a top hat encourage the Chinese to buy this brand of toothpaste….and what kind of racist toothpaste name is Darlie?
